These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BMR Education's website, mobile applications, AI-powered learning services (including EdChat), and related educational content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BMR Education ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered educational platform that offers personalized learning experiences, mindmap generation, and educational content across various subjects. EdChat is a core component of the BMR Education ecosystem. Please note that our services are designed for educational purposes only and are not intended to provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

BMR Education provides an ecosystem of apps, including EdChat (our AI-powered learning OS), Nexus, Aptitude IQ, and BMR Healthcare.

Pricing & Subscriptions: EdChat offers the same four tiers on web and Android: Free ($1 usage credits per month), Plus (plan ID "plus", $3 credits, Play product edchat_plus), Pro ($10 credits, edchat_pro), and Ultra ($40 credits, edchat_ultra). Regular list prices: Plus ₹49/mo or ₹588/yr, Pro ₹349/mo or ₹4,188/yr, Ultra ₹999/mo or ₹11,988/yr. Web checkout: PhonePe at www.bmreducation.com/pricing. Android: Google Play (introductory offers may apply on first billing cycle). Only one active paid subscription at a time.

AI Credits: Same monthly credit allowances on every platform. Credits reset each billing month regardless of monthly or yearly billing.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information during registration.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. We may request additional verification to prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing upon the rights of others.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or disrupting Services.
• Using automated systems to access the platform without permission.
• Sharing account credentials or uploading malicious code.

Misuse of AI: Any use of the content for legal cases or to make threats against individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

Our Rights: The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by BMR Education and protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

Your Rights: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting it, you grant us a royalty-free license to use it in connection with providing the Services.

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence to provide personalized educational experiences. You acknowledge that:
• AI-generated content is for educational purposes and is NOT professional advice.
• AI responses may not always be accurate or complete; always verify critical information.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

All images, diagrams, illustrations, and videos on BMR Education are AI-generated or sourced from educational repositories for illustrative purposes.

• Disclaimer: AI-generated visuals may contain inaccuracies or artistic simplifications. They should not be used for professional or medical diagnosis.
• Updates: We continuously update media content to reflect current educational standards. Updates may occur without prior notice.
• Restrictions: You may not use images or videos for commercial purposes without explicit permission or misrepresent them as professionally created original materials.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to the collection of personal, usage, and technical data for service provision and security.

Service Availability: Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Educational Content: We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for consequences resulting from errors in educational materials, especially in critical fields like medicine.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMR Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or AI-generated content.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Where consumer law provides non-waivable rights to local tribunals (e.g., in the EU or India), those avenues remain available.
