These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BMR Education's website, mobile applications, BMR Coach, EdChat, Nexus, AI-powered learning services, and related educational content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BMR Education ("we", "us", "our") builds education software for coaching institutes and learners. BMR Coach supports institute workflows, EdChat provides AI study assistance, and Nexus supports medical education. Our services are designed for educational purposes only and are not intended to provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

BMR Education provides education software and learning products, including BMR Coach for coaching institutes, EdChat for AI study support, and Nexus for medical education.

EdChat Pricing & Subscriptions: EdChat offers the same four tiers on web and Android: Free ($1 usage credits per month), Plus (plan ID "plus", $3 credits, Play product edchat_plus), Pro ($10 credits, edchat_pro), and Ultra ($40 credits, edchat_ultra). Regular list prices: Plus Rs 49/mo or Rs 588/yr, Pro Rs 349/mo or Rs 4,188/yr, Ultra Rs 999/mo or Rs 11,988/yr. Web checkout: PhonePe at www.bmreducation.com/pricing. Android: Google Play (introductory offers may apply on first billing cycle). Only one active paid subscription at a time.

BMR Coach: Institute plans, pilots, onboarding, and add-ons may be offered separately from EdChat consumer subscriptions. Coach terms and billing limits are based on the selected institute plan, student count, feature access, and any agreed onboarding or support arrangement.

AI Credits: Monthly credit allowances reset each billing month regardless of monthly or yearly billing.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information during registration.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. We may request additional verification to prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing upon the rights of others.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or disrupting Services.
• Using automated systems to access the platform without permission.
• Sharing account credentials or uploading malicious code.

Misuse of AI: Any use of the content for legal cases or to make threats against individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

Our Rights: The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by BMR Education and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Services for educational purposes according to your account type or institute plan.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting it, you grant us a royalty-free license to use it in connection with providing, securing, and improving the Services.

Our Services use artificial intelligence to provide educational support. You acknowledge that:
• AI-generated content is for educational purposes and is not professional advice.
• AI responses may not always be accurate or complete; always verify important information.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Images, diagrams, illustrations, videos, generated notes, and other educational assets may be AI-generated, uploaded by users, created by BMR Education, or sourced from educational repositories for illustrative purposes.

• AI-generated visuals may contain inaccuracies or simplifications.
• Educational and medical learning content should not be used for diagnosis or professional decision-making.
• You may not use BMR Education content for commercial redistribution without explicit permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to the collection of personal, usage, and technical data for service provision, security, and improvement.

Service Availability: Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Educational Content: We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for consequences resulting from errors in educational materials, especially in critical fields like medicine.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMR Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or AI-generated content.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, privacy, billing, and liability shall survive termination where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted. Where consumer law provides non-waivable rights to local tribunals, those avenues remain available.
